Identify the preparation and training required to match operations. Expat oversight with local national face forward to freedom of movement (SIA) Close protection qualified professionals for on-site security tasks. Provide Emergency Medical Technician, paramedic qualified.  Compliance and risk assessment controls are adhered to whilst remaining flexible to changes medical evacuation, plans tested to coincide with insurance crisis management, incidents control, safety reporting and tracking capability advice on current atmospherics and common issues on the ground.
